My name is Marcia.  I am a USAF Veteran, Military spouse and mother of three amazing children.  I started this business in honor of my grandmother.  She is my heart.  Her influence and guidance has helped me to become the person that I am today.  One of her many saying is treat everyone with kindness and respect, but don't let people walk over you" and always give even if it's your last.  I grew up with her in the country Lakeland, Louisiana.  I remember how my Brother and I would race to her kitchen after church just to eat her delicious creole cooking.  She continues to share her home and her cooking with people.  I believe this is her way of showing her love and kindness.  Because she continues and always has believed in me; I now have the confidence to finally step out on faith and start chasing my dreams of entrepreneurship.  Now in honor of her we sell her pralines (Miss Bea's Pralines).  Using her delicious recipes that she so graciously shared with me at an early age has lead me to my true calling and passion for sharing our sweets with others.
